Bloom & Boost Spring Challenge

Overview

In 2024, as the marketing lead for MegaMode’s annual spring challenge, I spearheaded an end-to-end campaign to boost class participation and foster community engagement during the spring season. This campaign introduced an all-new format designed to motivate clients, encourage diverse workouts, and attract new members while enhancing brand awareness and client loyalty.

 

About The Challenge

Recognising that clients often lose motivation in their fitness journey, the Bloom & Boost Spring Challenge aimed to inspire commitment and create a sense of accomplishment through a gamified points-based reward system, offering a range of milestone prizes from top-tier wellness brands. By combining fitness, fun, and collaboration, the campaign inspired participants to push their limits, generating positive word-of-mouth and increasing MegaMode’s appeal as a holistic wellness provider.

Key partnerships with leading brands including STAX, Fancy Plants, Industry Beans, Mumuyo, Posy Intimates, Nosh, People Haircare, MoveActive, White Wolf Nutrition, and Ambre Luxe elevated the Challenge’s perceived value and credibility.
 

Role and Responsibilities

As the marketing lead and content producer, I owned the campaign from concept to execution. My key contributions included:
 
Strategic Planning:

  • Developed a detailed campaign brief outlining objectives, deliverables, target audience, and key success metrics.
  • Designed a point system and prize structure to ensure the challenge was achievable yet inspiring.
  • Established campaign timelines, promotional strategies, themes and messaging.

 
Partnership Coordination:

  • Established partnerships with 10 health, fitness, and wellness brands, coordinating prize collections and promotional collaborations.
  • Enhanced MegaMode’s brand positioning as a holistic wellness provider through synergistic partnerships.

 
Technical Execution:

  • Designed and updated the campaign landing page via WordPress to ensure participants had easy access to challenge details
  • Conducted the grand prize draw using Wheel of Names.

 
Content Creation:

  • Produced promotional assets, including an Instagram reel and stories, email newsletters (EDMs) with high open rates, in-studio posters, and challenge scorecards.
  • Directed a studio photoshoot to capture high-quality promotional images.

 
Client Engagement & Administration:

  • Managed a tracking system for participant progress via spreadsheets.
  • Responded to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the challenge.
